Step 1
Apply
Dispense balm with clean, dry hands. Rub palms together to warm the balm and massage onto dry face.
STEP 2
Melt
Gently massage in circular motions until impurities begin to melt (including any eye makeup).
STEP 3
Wipe
Use a damp cotton pad to gently exfoliate and lift away impurities.
Step 4
GLOW

“It did a great job taking my makeup off, paired with the wet cotton pads. There was no issue getting off my mascara or eyebrow gel! It was easy to apply to my face after warming it between my fingers. The scent was very natural, I personally liked that it was not a fake scent! Made the product seem real and clean rather than artificial. When I removed the balm with the wet cotton pads, my face felt so soft! I did have to use a foam cleanser after to adequately remove all of the product. I decided one night to not wash my face again after and I woke up with raccoon eyes and overly oily skin.”

“Absolutely love the cleansing pads, I think that’s such a unique way to get all the makeup and dirt off my face from the day. I wear waterproof mascara because my eyelids are oily (lol) and this balm takes it off no problem. The fragrance is slight but pleasant and I’ve come to really enjoy using this in the evenings. When removing the balm, use a cotton pad dampened with warm/hot water to help open pores for a more invigorating cleanse. Apply it as an eye compress to help unclog oil glands.

Squeeze out excess water from the cotton pad; this allows the residue to adhere better to the pad as you buff away impurities. Use both sides of the pad until all residue is removed.

As an optional step, use a gentle toner to remove any trace residue.
Amazing product! I have been using it for a while now and it feels amazing on the skin. It absorbs into the skin gently and leaves my skin so much more nourished than before. Can’t wait to see the upcoming new products Urban Tonix comes out with!!
A great balm. The skin feels baby soft after using this. The makeup melts into it after massaging the balm. Cleaning with a wet cotton pad is so convenient. My skin felt dry after makeup removal always and I had to use a night cream. After cleansing with this, I didn’t feel the need to apply anything as it softens the skin (I still apply my night cream though for retinol). Would recommend everyone to try this.
The cleansing balm is really awesome. It left my face so clean! I have a beard and it also made my beard super soft, absolutely loved this!
It melts everything away including waterproof mascara, and it doesn’t irritate my eyes or make my vision blurry. The organic cotton pad removes all the makeup effortlessly. No dryness, no irritation – just clean and soft skin. I’m honestly shocked. NEVER in my entire life I used just one product to remove such heavy makeup. I really recommend it.
