Do I use this morning and night?
Cleansing at night is a non-negotiable; it's important to wash impurities from the day. Since the Cleansing Balm offers a deep clean, cleansing in the morning is optional - you can simply splash water or use a gentle toner for a quick refresh.
Is there any fragrance?
There are no added fragrance or essential oils which are common allergens. The balm has a distinct scent from the natural botanical ingredients.
Is this a rinse-off cleanser?
No; unlike most cleansing balms that are rinse-offs, our cleanser contains no foaming agents (which are common barrier disruptors). To remove, simply use a wet cotton pad or wash cloth to wipe off impurities. We offer large premium organic cotton pads that are lint-free and hypoallergenic.
Can it remove waterproof eye makeup?
Yes. It effortlessly removes waterproof eye makeup without tugging or blurring. It's OptiSafe Tested to be gentle for use around the eyes.

Apply
Dispense balm with clean, dry hands. Rub palms together to warm the balm and massage onto dry face.
STEP 2
Melt
Gently massage in circular motions until impurities begin to melt (including any eye makeup).

“It did a great job taking my makeup off, paired with the wet cotton pads. There was no issue getting off my mascara or eyebrow gel! It was easy to apply to my face after warming it between my fingers. The scent was very natural, I personally liked that it was not a fake scent! PRO Tips

When removing the balm, use a cotton pad or wash cloth dampened with warm/hot water to help open pores for a more invigorating cleanse. Apply it as an eye compress to help unclog oil glands.

Squeeze out excess water from the cotton pad or wash cloth; this allows the residue to adhere better to the pad as you buff away impurities. Use both sides of the pad until all residue is removed.

As an optional step, use a gentle toner to remove any trace residue.

By far my favorite cleansing balm I've ever tried. I've been using it daily for a few months now and it's a part of my skincare routine I look forward to. It comes out easily from the bottle and feels absolutely luxurious on my skin. I love how it takes off all my makeup and leaves my skin feeling wonderful and cleansed.
