We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible).  You will be responsible for shipping charges. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount will be returned back to your original form of payment. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.

If a purchase is made through an unauthorized URBAN TONIX retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at support@urbantonix.com.
